Story: Thad Beaumont is a horrible book writer, but he used his brother
name, George Stark to write the book. Reporter Homer and Fred
Clawson reveal the identification of George Stark. Thad is
very annoying. He go to the cemetery and find that his brother
grave is opened but there is nothing inside the opened grave.
George is alive again and he kills many people. Thad must
figure a way to terminate George. Actually when Thad is six
years old, he was under a surgery to remove the tumor. However
there is no tumor but a twin inside Thad's brother.
Twenty-three years later, George obtains power from Thad's
writings and comes back to life. George kills everyone who
is involved in his death. Thad must figure a way to let the
natural power, the sparrow, to bring away George.

DAY ONE
NIGHT
At cemetery, LOOK AT OPEN GRAVE, walk to left, TALK TO
DIGGER, answer 1, and then 2, and then 3. The digger will
unlock the lock of shed. OPEN SHED DOOR and PICK UP the ROPE
and the FLASHLIGHT. Meanwhile, some people is killed outside
cemetery. Go out from cemetery, Thad should see the body of
Homer. LOOK AT BODY, SEARCH BODY, get Homer's camera, OPEN
CAMERA, get Homer's film. Follow the path to the town.
At town, OPEN TAVERN DOOR, TALK TO BARTENDER, answer 1,
talk again, answer 2, talk again, answer 3, PICK UP STEIN,
leave tavern. Walk to right and Thad should find Homer's truck
outside. SEARCH TRUCK CAB, PICK UP CIGARETTE BUTTS, PENCIL and
WHISKEY BOTTLE, LOOK AT REAR-VIEW MIRROR. Leave the truck and
TRAVEL TO HOME.
In Thad's house, he should PICK UP BOOK ( MEAN MACHINE) and
LOOK AT BOOK in the living room. Then PUSH BOOKCASE and enter
the study. Inside the study, he PUSH BOOKCASE and PICK UP
PAPER from the garbage bin. Go to bedroom, OPEN CLOSET, USE
BLOODY WHISKEY BOTTLE IN CLOSET to hide the bottle, OPEN
DRAWER, PICK UP SHIRT and USE CLEAN SHIRT. USE LAMP to sleep.
Thad dreams about his surgery and the sparrow last night.
DAY TWO
MORNING
Make sure that Thad does not carry the bloody bottle and he
does put on the clean shirt, go to the living room and prepare
to be questioning by the police. For the police question,
answer 1, 2, 3, 3, 2, 1.
Go to town and OPEN PHOTO SHOP DOOR, TALK TO SALESMAN at
the left and GIVE FILM TO SALESMAN for development. Go to the
restaurant, PULL SEAT CUSHION, PICK UP QUARTERS and LIGHTER
underneath, PICK UP GLASS at the other booth, USE BOOTH, USE
CIGARETTE LIGHTER ON CIGARETTE BUTTS, USE PENCIL ON BLANK PIECE
OF PAPER. Thad writes down " The Sparrow Are Flying Again".
Meanwhile, a black Toronado is stopped outside Fred's
apartment. Thad should go to the barber shop and TALK TO
BARBER, answer 3, and he will know the address of Fred's
apartment. Go to Fred's apartment, outside the building, PICK
UP PAPER from the ground, LOOK AT CAR, TALK TO OLD LADY, LOOK
AT DIRECTORY and know that Fred lives in 2nd floor. OPEN
FRONT DOOR to 2nd floor, PICK UP CANISTER from the ground, WALK
TO DOOR. At Fred's apartment, Thad see the dead body of Fred.
LOOK AT BODY, LOOK AT WRITING, PICK UP PILLOW, OPEN CLOSET and
a dog will come out. USE TEAR GAS ON DOG, USE FLASHLIGHT ON
CLOSET, LOOK AT STRONGBOX but it is locked.
Go to the hardware shop and TALK TO HARDWARE GUY, answer 3
and Thad will get an idea to open the strongbox. Back to home
and PICK UP PLANT, PICK UP KEY under the plant and USE KEY IN
CABINET, OPEN CABINET, SEARCH CABINET, PICK UP PISTOL, CLOSE
CABINET. Go back to Fred's apartment, USE FLASHLIGHT ON
CLOSET, USE PILLOW WITH PISTOL to reduce the shooting sound.
PICK UP MONEY inside, totally 6 dollars, LOOK AT MONEY.
Go to the photo shop, TALK TO SALESMAN at right, answer 1,
GIVE MONEY TO SALESMAN to buy a new film, PICK UP FILM. Leave
the shop and Thad's beeper will beep up. It is Liz's call.
OPEN TELEPHONE BOOTH, USE QUARTERS IN PHONE and Liz says that
the police are at home for him. Back to home but before going
in, OPEN MAILBOX, USE PISTOL IN MAILBOX to hide the pistol. Go
in and answer the questions of the police as 3, 1, 3, 1.
NIGHT
The police leave and Liz tells Thad that Reggie has phoned
him. USE PHONE but it is the recording machine. Go to the
study, USE CHAIR, USE CIGARETTE LIGHTER ON CIGARETTE BUTTS, USE
PENCIL ON BLANK PIECE OF PAPER. Thad writes "CATS", "RAZOR"
and etc.
USE LAMP to sleep and Thad will dream about Cowley couple.
DAY THREE
MORNING
When Thad wakes up, the telephone is ringing. Go to
the living room and USE TELEPHONE, it is Miriam Cowley. Go to
bedroom, PICK UP NOTE from the mirror, LOOK AT NOTE FROM LIZ,
SEARCH JACKET in the closet and take the 9 dollars from the
jacket.
Hurry to Miriam Cowley's Apartment. Outside the house,
OPEN DOOR, at the lobby, PICK UP PAPER, OPEN DOOR. At Miriam
Cowley's apartment, Thad see the victim. LOOK AT BODY, LOOK AT
PHONE, LOOK AT PICTURE, LOOK AT POSTER, PICK UP TISSUE, LOOK AT
WAD OF TISSUE, OPEN WAX OF TISSUE and find an eyeball, PICK UP
FIREPLACE POKER, SEARCH VASE, USE STEIN IN FISHTANK, USE WATER
IN STEIN IN VASE, USE GLASS IN FISHTANK, USE WATER IN GLASS IN
VASE, PICK UP BIRD WHISTLE. OPEN DOOR and Thad will meet
George. USE NEW FILM IN CAMERA, USE CAMERA ON GEORGE to take
his picture, TALK TO GEORGE, USE FIREPLACE POKER ON GEORGE to
attack him. Then George leave. OPEN DOOR and Thad go to the
lobby, PUSH BUTTON to get down.
Go to town, go to the photo shop, TALK TO SALESMAN at
left, GIVE MONEY TO SALESMAN, 6 dollars for film development,
PICK UP PHOTOS, LOOK AT PICTURE OF KILLER. Now Thad has 3
dollars left. GIVE BOOK TO SALESMAN at left, and he will give
back 6 dollars to Thad. Now Thad has 9 dollars again.
WALK TO UNIVERSITY, USE ROPE ON TREE to go in Reggie's
office. When talk to Reggie, answer 1, 2, 3, 1, 2, 3. USE
WINDOW to leave. Go to barber shop, TALK TO BARBER, since his
manner is very bad, TALK TO BARBER, answer 3, to threaten him,
then the barber goes away. PICK UP RAZOR and LOOK AT VERY DULL
RAZOR.
Go to hardware shop, TALK TO HARDWARE GUY, he will say that
a man with cap is left a message for Thad, PICK UP NOTE, LOOK
AT NOTE FROM GEORGE. TALK TO HARDWARE GUY, answer 1, GIVE
MONEY TO HARDWARE GUY, PICK UP CROWBAR. Thad can use the crowbar
to break the sealed door of Fred's apartment and Miriam Cowley's
apartment.
TRAVEL TO HOME, answer the police as 2, 2, 2, 2, 1, 3.
NIGHT
Meanwhile, Rick Cowley is under the 24-hour protection of
the police but the shadow of George is coming for RICK.
Go to the study, USE CHAIR, USE CIGARETTE LIGHTER ON
CIGARETTE BUTTS, USE PENCIL ON BLANK PIECE OF PAPER, Thad
writes "I'm falling apart...".
Go to bedroom, USE LAMP to sleep. Thad dreams about Cowley
couple again. At 4 o'clock, Thad is waked up by the telephone
rings. USE PHONE and it is George. Thad must go to Rick
office but he have to find a way to elude the police. Go
outside and LOOK AT TREE BRANCHES, PULL TREE BRANCHES and get a
tree branch. Go back to the living room, USE TREE BRANCH IN
BOWL, USE CIGARETTE LIGHTER ON BRANCH IN BOWL and set off the
smoke alarm. Click on the left of the cabinet, i.e. hide
beside the cabinet, to elude the police.
TRAVEL TO RICK COWLEY'S OFFICE IN NEW YORK. Thad takes
taxi to New York and when he arrives, OPEN DOOR to go to Rick's
office. The cops and Rick are all killed. The telephone on
Rick's desk is ringing, USE TELEPHONE and it is George again.
LOOK AT COP, LOOK AT RICK, PICK UP NOTE beside the foot of the
cop near the door, LOOK AT NOTES, LOOK AT BOOK, WALK TO DOOR,
USE TAXI.
TRAVEL TO DR PRITCHARD AT THE HOSPITAL.
DAY FOUR
MORNING
Thad arrives the hospital in the moring, WALK TO ENTRANCE.
Thad talks Dr Pritchard as 3, 2, 1 and Doctor will leave.
LOOK AT CART, LOOK AT DRAWER, OPEN DRAWER, SEARCH DRAWER, PICK
UP SCALPEL and FIRST AID KIT. Meanwhile George kills Dr
Pritchard and then he drives the black Toronda towards Thad's
home. Thad USE PHONE to call Liz and tell her to leave at
once.
Back to the University, talk to Reggie with either 3, 2 or
1. At the same time, the police do not let Liz go. The
telephone rings again and it is George again. Reggie give a
set of disguise to Thad. USE DISGUISE before leaving Reggie's
office. USE WINDOW and TRAVEL TO HOME.
When Thad gets back to home, he see Liz is tied at the
chair. USE SCALPEL ON ROPES and free Liz. PUSH BOOKCASE but
it is stuck. George is writing in the study. Go to the
bedroom and take back the WHISKEY BOTTLE, OPEN FIRST AID KIT
and get some GUAZE, USE GUAZE IN BLOODY WHISKEY BOTTLE. Go
back to the living room, USE CIGARETTE LIGHTER ON BOTTLE WITH
WICK, USE MOLOTOV COCKTAIL ON BOOKCASE to bomb away the
bookcase. WALK TO HOLE IN WALL and George and Thad will sit
down face to face. George uses his sharp razor to threaten
Thad for helping him to do the writing. Answer 3, 1 and George
will leave his seat and take another new pencil. So while this
time, USE VERY DULL RAZOR ON TABLE to exchange with George 's
razor. Answer to George as 2, 3, 3, 2 and a lot of sparrows
will come and bring away George.
