Most of these cheats will work on the Original "Empire Earth II",
the "The Art of Supremacy" expansion, and probably on any future
expansions. Even though most of codes are the same as our original
EE2 cheat codes release, we added a new HotKey method to cheat.
ALL the Cheat Codes can be entered multiple times.
Non-Cheat Debug Codes:
Ctrl+Alt+Shift+V Display the Game Version numbers

NOTE:
There was also a huge pile of Debug HotKeys, which would get their own
section in the game's Settings->Hotkeys screen. However, most seem to
have no effect and any that did had greatly interfered with gameplay
because they created so many damn hotkeys that you end up using them by
mistake. It is also possible that the released executable disabled most
of those debug codes, since they are really only meant for the testers &
developers. We chose not to include those Debug HotKeys in this release.
INSTALLATION:
1. *Optional Step:
If you wish to enable the HotKey style of cheating, then do the following.
UnRAR ~HOTKEYS.RAR~ to your game directory, overwriting any existing files.
Always unRAR with full paths!
2. Start the game.
3. Begin a New Game or Load a Saved Game.
4. Three choices await you. Debug Codes, Cheat Codes, or HotKeys.
a) For Debug Codes:
Just hit the key combinations.
b) For Cheat Codes:
Open the Chat Console by either hitting the ENTER key or whatever key you
set the Chat Console to.
If you have problems, then check:
Game Settings -> Hotkeys -> Game Keys -> Open Chat
A CHAT window should open with a cursor.
Enter your codes and hit ENTER to accept.
Unless the game is PAUSED, you will receive on-screen visual confirmation
of successful entry.
c) For HotKey Cheat Codes:
To remap the cheat HotKeys or to review them while in-game, check out:
Settings -> Hotkeys -> Game Keys -> Cheat Keys
They were added by the file that your UnRAR'ed.
You must first ENABLE the cheat system before the hotkeys will have any
effect. As explained in section 'b' above, open the Chat Console and use
the "icheat" code. Now all of these lovely HotKeys can be used as often
as you like. You will probably need to use the "icheat" code again after
