Giants: Citizen Kabuto чит-файл №2

Delphi's Story

Yan, the Samurai Smartie

Mission Objectives:

-Go through the gateway with the RED LIGHT and rescue a SMARTIE WORKER.

Return the SMARTIE to YAN.

After playing through all of the Mecc Missions, you probably have a good idea
about the basics of game play in Giants. The Delphi Mission Walkthroughs will be
aimed towards more advanced game play, making small notes of the major
differences between Delphi and the Meccs. With that said, on with the first
mission.

Yan should have given you most of the details, but in case you are unclear, the
Red Light, or the Portal (as Yan called it) looks like a red sun. At first, it
may look very distant, but as you near it, you will realize that it is very
close
to you. Whenever you see one of these "Red Lights", it is normally indicating
that you should head in that direction. You do not need to pass through the
gateway itself, just head into that direction.

Anyway, just behind the gateway/Red Light, you should see an opening in the
mountain. Once you enter the mountain, a few Rippers and a couple Reapers will
attack you. Take care of them. Go ahead and play with all of your weapons to see
the effect of each. The Hellfire bow is pretty effective, but you do have a
limited amount of ammunition with it.

Once the area is clear, you should notice a small "river" off to the left. You
will need to swim through this river to continue (something that the Meccs could
never do). At the end of the river, you will see a small island with a Smartie
on
it. Go snag the Smartie, and return to Yan to complete the mission.

Tips:

-If you get low on hit points, get into "Deep-Water" to Regenerate. You will
know
when you are in Deep-Water because Delphi will begin swimming instead of
standing
and walking.

-You can not attack while in Deep-Water. Instead, pressing the attack button
will
increase your swimming speed.

-If a "Bad-Guy" enters Deep-Water, you will be unable to attack them. Sometimes
you can hit the part of them that is poking out of the water, but that can still
be quite difficult. When something gets into the water, you're better off by
just
running away. If they follow you, you can then attack them once they are on dry
land.

-You can not go under water. It would be great if we could... Then we could
avoid
shots of others while we Regenerate... But, I guess that is the reason why we
can
not.

-----------------------------------

Smartie in a Bubble

Mission Objectives:

-Go through the second gateway with the RED LIGHT and rescue another SMARTIE
WORKER.

-Return the SMARTIE to YAN.

Enter the second Red Light gateway. You may notice that the first Red Light is
no
longer there. Anyway, when you enter the mountain behind the second Red Light,
you should notice a Tower, a pool of water, and a path leading towards the
Fortress in the distance. On the Tower, you may notice 2 Sea Reapers, and on the
ground, you may notice 5 Rippers. Try to take all of these guys out with your
default Bow, so that you can save the Hellfire ammo. Hop into the pool if you
need to regain hit points from the fight.

Now, with the area clear, scan the horizon a bit. Notice the Barracks on the
left
and on the right of the Fortress. If you near the Barracks, the Sea Reapers will
attack you. If you attack the Barracks, the Sea Reapers will pore out and attack
in masses. You have two options to do this mission.

Difficult Option - While looking at the Fortress, attack the Barracks to the
left. The Sea Reapers will pore out, and begin attacking. Forget about them for
as long as you can, and attack the Barracks until it is destroyed. You may be
better off using the default bow, saving the Hellfire Ammunition for the Sea
Reapers themselves. Once the Barracks on the Left, and all of the Sea Reapers
are
destroyed/dead, you can access the Fortress. On the mountain in front of the
Fortress, you should be able to see a Smartie. Use the Bubble spell to snatch
him
up and then head back to Yan. By destroying the Barracks now, you will not need
to deal with it in a later mission.

Easy Option - After clearing the area with the Tower and the pool, follow the
slop on the left towards the Fortress. Keep looking towards the Smartie in front
of the Fortress gate. If you have the Bubble spell selected, you will see the
crosshairs change from red to gray, once you are within range. Stay as far from
the Barracks as you can, but get close enough to cast the spell. Once the spell
has been cast, turn and run away from the attacking Reapers. When you get a safe
distance away, stop and allow the bubble to catch up to you. Pick the Smartie
up,
and continue to Yan.

Tips:

-If you need to regenerate, while being attacked, get into the deep water and
press your attack button. This will speed your swimming speed. Keep moving to
avoid being hit by enemy fire.

-While fighting the Sea Reapers, try falling back near Yan. This will provide a
little time between shots fired towards you, as the distant Reapers will not be
able to shoot at you.

-----------------------------------

The Power of Turbo!

Mission Objectives:

-Go through the final gateway with the RED LIGHT and look for YAN.

-Kill all RAIKS along the way.

When this mission begins, you should be facing the Red Light. If you head into
that direction, you should also notice a Gift Shop on the mountain top behind
the
Red Light. Go ahead and test out your Turbo ability. You will find that it is
incredibly powerful, and makes an excellent addition to Delphi's powers. Incase
you need to know... Use the Turbo ability to reach the Gift Shop on top of the
mountain. You will have a Ripper to deal with in front of the Shop, but that
should be easy enough.

Re-supply at the Shop, and get any spells that you may need. You can also pick
up
a Lightning (or Sniper) Bow. Once you are ready, look behind the Gift Shop...
See
the small Island? Good... That is where you need to go. You can easily Turbo
jump
over to the Island, but I suggest that you jump into the water and swim over.
Why? Well, you may end up swimming a lot in this mission. Swimming over to the
Island will help "break down" the Hydrophobia that you may have developed while
playing the Meccs.

Either way, when you get to the first Island, look over to the next Island. Use
your Zoom key. You will find an Evil Raik (Evil Reaper) on the edge, near the
water. Use your Sniper Bow and pop the Raik in the head. If you do not kill her,
then she will probably hop over to the Island that you are on. You can try to
hit
her with a second Sniper Shot while she is in the air, but if that is too hard,
switch to the Hellfire Bow. You do not need to hit her directly with the
Hellfire
Bow. If she is moving too fast, just aim for the ground under her. The explosion
should damage her. Once she is dead, return to the Gift Shop and re-supply.

Continue to the next Island. You will see 2 more Raiks. One on the ground level,
near the center of the area. The other in near Yan, on the outer rim. You can
fight these Raiks one on one, if you keep your distance from the Raik near Yan.
Fighting the closest Raik can be quite difficult. Use whatever you have against
her, and remember that you can always fall back to the Gift Shop to re-supply.
Also, remember that you can always hop into the water to Regenerate, or to
extinguish fire. More often then not, the Raiks will not attack you while you
are
in the water. Instead, they tend to hop all around you until you exit.

After dealing with the first two Raiks, you will still need to deal with the
final Raik, and a Barracks which is spawning Sea Reapers. You should target the
final Raik from a distance, without alerting the Sea Reapers. This way, you will
not have to deal with everything at the same time. Once the Raik is out of the
way, the Reapers should be pretty easy. Use your Turbo ability to get right in
front of them, and then chop them up with your sword (FUN!). Once the area is
clear, go up and speak with Yan to complete the mission.

Tips:

-You do not need to fight the Sea Reapers if you do not feel up to it. The
mission requires that you deal with all 3 Raiks, but not the Reapers.

-Don't hesitate to use your spells. You can always Turbo back to the Gift Shop
to
re-supply (Turbo is so powerful, re-supplying takes only seconds to do).

-Sometimes the Raiks may follow you as you head for the Gift Shop. However, most
of the time, they will forget about you and just stand in the area where you
were
fighting. You can use this to your advantage, to put distance between you. Once
the Raik is standing still again, and from a distance, you can take another
"pop-
shot" at their head with the Sniper Bow.

-----------------------------------

Yan's Peace Mantra

Mission Objectives:

-Kill all the Reaper GUARDS attacking YAN'S HOUSE.

This mission is quite easy. Return to Yan's House, and kill all the Reaper
Guards. As it turns out, Yan gave you the Fire Wall spell. From a distance, cast
this spell directly in front of the Reapers. Do not cast it at them, or you are
likely to miss. If you cast it at the ground in front of them, the wall will
spread out, igniting them all. You can cast the spell 3 times. Wait until the
first cast wears off, and then cast it again. Keep in mind... If a Reaper gets
into the water, it will extinguish the flames. After casting the fire spell 3
times, you may need to finish up the remaining Reapers with your weapons. This
should be an easy job. When you kill the final Reaper, the mission will end.

Tips:

-You do not need to deal with the Raiks on the way back to Yan's house. You can
if you like, but it may be easier to just swim around them.

-If you need to re-supply, you can always return to the Gift Shop to do so.

Army Barracks Onslaught

Mission Objectives:

-Gather SMARTIES and VIMP SOULS.

-BUILD A BASE.

-Destroy the ARMY BARRACKS with your TORNADO SPELL.

Building a Base as Delphi is not much different then it was with the Meccs.
Gathering Smarties is not quite as easy (or as quickly done) as with the Meccs,
but gathering "food" (in this case, "Souls") is much easier then with the Meccs.
Otherwise, it is all pretty much the same thing.

Begin building, and as soon as you can, get up some Force Fields (Walls). This
will help protect Yan while you are out gathering Souls or Smarties. You will
not
have access to any "Backpack Turrets" as you did as the Meccs, so you will have
an unguarded base until you get a "Party House". Instead, use Turbo to move more
quickly around the map, and use spells to take out clumped up Reapermen.

Once you have your base up and running, all that you need to do is get a Tornado
Spell from the Spell Shop, and cast it on the Enemy Army Barracks. To do this,
aim at the "courtyard" of the Army Barracks, instead of at the Barracks itself.
If you aim directly at the Barracks, most of the time, the Tornado will be
created behind the Barracks, and will not do any damage. Destroying the Army
Barracks will end the mission...

Tips:

-Use the Homing Bow against the Jetpack Reapermen.

-You can get Souls (food) from Reapermen, as well as Vimps. Often, it is easier
and faster to get full-up on Reapermen Souls instead of hunting down the
Vimps...
If you are trying this, just know that if you destroy the Reaperman entirely
(turns into a puddle of green goo), you will be unable to gather its Soul.

-You can build a Reaperski during this mission. This is a great way to practice
driving the Reaperski before you need to.

-If at all possible, I strongly suggest that you end this mission with the
Homing
Bow in your inventory.

-----------------------------------

The Reaperski!

Mission Objectives:

-Find the enemy REAPERSKI... and steal it!

This mission can be quite difficult. If you brought a Homing Bow along with you,
then things should be a lot easier. Anyway, head through the gateway with the
Red
Light, and the follow the mountain path. You will come across a large grate on
the ground. At the bottom of the Grate, there will be 2 Large Rippers. Ignore
them for now... In fact, do not even look in the grate just yet.

Just a little past the Grate, you will come to an opening, and the edge of the
cliff. In the distance, you should see a Tower, 2 Reaperman Guards, and a
Turret.
Use your Default Bow to take out the Turret from as far away as you can. Using
Zoom will help you a great deal. You do not need a red target crosshair to fire
with the Default Bow. You will be surprised at how long of a range it actually
has. Anyway, once the Turret is out of the way, use the Homing Bow, or the
Sniper
Bow to take out the two Reaperman Guards at the base of the Tower. Both of these
Guards have a Jetpack, so try to put them down quickly. If you use the Homing
Bow, fire off two rapid shots. If you use the Sniper Bow, aim for their neck or
jawline (that is the sweet spot for a "headshot").

Once the Turret and Guards are out of the way, inch up a little more, until you
see another Turret along the horizon. Take it out with the Default Bow. If you
take a few more small steps, you will see a third Turret. Again, use the Default
Bow to take it out. Once the horizon is clear, you can move up closer to the
cliff edge. At the bottom, you will find a Barracks, and a bunch of Reapermen
(who are ready to attack you). Dropping down and fighting would be very risky.
You can try to cast a few "Summon Hail" spells over the Cliff to thin the ranks
a
bit, or you can attract them (they have Jetpacks as well) and have them fly up
to
you. If they fly up to you, use the Homing Bow to deal with them. If you do not
have the Homing Bow, wait until they bump up against the mountain wall, and then
fire a few rapid Hellfire shots at them. The blast of the shot will deal damage
to the Reaperman.

Remember the Rippers I mentioned? Well they haven't forgot you. If you get out
of
their range of fire, they will exit the Grate and come after you. As long as
they
think that they can hit you, they will stay safely down in the pit, firing at
the
walls. Anyway, the Gift Shop will not provide you with and Healing Syringes. If
you get low on hit points, you will need to drop into the pit and kill the two
Rippers. Both will provide you with a Large Health, once they die.

When the area is clear, drop down and make your way over to the Reaperski on the
docks. This will complete the mission...

Tips:

-Having a really hard time with this mission? Don't feel bad, it is a toughie...
If you want to "make a break for it", well... You will lose no honor in that.
Just slide down the backside (behind the Gift Shop), and then Turbo over towards
the Reaperski. Run like hell, and get to the Reaperski. Mission complete...

-The Gift Shop will not provide you with a Homing Bow, but it will re-fill your
ammo and spells. Just try not to enter it while a Jetpack Reaperman is attacking
you. He will continue to attack you while you are inside.

-----------------------------------

The Reaperski Escape!

Mission Objectives:

-Break through ICE WALLS in order to escape the enemy base on your stolen
REAPERSKI!

Ok... If you are having difficulty on this mission, it is probably due to one of
three problems, or a combination of these three.

1. You can not drive the Ski very well.

2. The Guards are kicking your ass, or you run out of ammo fighting them.

3. Your video card can't hang.

If the problem is #3, all I can suggest is that you turn down some of the
options
in the graphics menu, and check for updated drivers.

If your having trouble driving the Ski, I suggest that you check the control
configuration. Set turning left and right to the same keys that you would use to
strife (or step / side step) left and right. These keys are normally something
like the A or D key, or the left and right arrows (depending on your control
style). Try turning the Ski with these keys instead of with the mouse look. This
will keep you from moving the mouse all over the place just to make a little
turn.

Now... If your problem is with the Guards after the second Ice Wall... You can
just skip them. There is no need to fight them. Go around the left side of the
islands, and blast through the 3rd and final wall.

If for some reason, you are having trouble getting through the walls... Use the
attack button to blast through, or use your Turbo button to crash through.
Before
you can fire the guns on the Ski, you will need to pick up some ammo. Before you
can Turbo with the Ski, you will need to pick up a Turbo Booster. Both, ammo and
Turbo can be found floating on top of the water. Look for the pick-ups while
driving the Ski.

Tips:

-There are 3 Ice Walls in the mission. Blasting, or crashing through the last
wall will end the mission.

-If your Ski is destroyed by attackers, you can continue the mission. Just swim,
and fire at the Ice Walls with your Hellfire Bow.

Pre-Race Warm-up

Mission Objectives:

-Clear the area of all REAPER GUARDS!

For this mission, you will need to take out a bunch of Reaper Guards. When you
begin, follow the path until you see a Gift Shop in the distance. You should
also
see a Turret, Tower, and a Reaper Guard. In the Tower, there is a second Reaper
Guard. Take out the two Guards, and the Turret. You should then have access to
the Gift Shop.

From the Gift Shop, just snipe the Guards that are across the water. You can
watch their patrol route, and time your attacks for when they are in the open.
Step back into the Gift Shop when you run out of ammo, and continue the process
until all of the Guards are dead. Continue across, and through the small path to
complete the mission.

-----------------------------------

Reaperski Race 1

Mission Objectives:

-Win REAPERSKI RACE to advance to the next stage.

This will be your first race, so I will give more info now then on the next few.
Anyway, if you notice, in the top left corner of the screen, you should see
three
icons that look like the Gates. If you miss a Gate while racing, one of the
three
icons will vanish. If you lose all three icons, you automatically lose the race.

Every race involves navigating through a pre-designed race course, consisting of
Gateways that you MUST pass through. Every race will last for 4 laps (meaning
that you will complete the course 4 times). For you to win, you must be the
first
one to complete the race (there is no second place), and you must not miss more
then 2 Gates (if you miss three gates, you lose).

Also notice that you are racing against 3 other Racers. In future races you will
race against even more Racers. Anyway, these Racers will not fire any weapons at
you, and they do not use the Turbo ability. The Racers WILL try knocking you
outside of the Gates as you try to pass through them. This is where your Turbo
ability and your weapons come in handy.

Tips:

-The Racers will go faster if you are in front of them then they would go if you
were behind them. For this reason, it is impossible to "lap" any of the Racers.
Even if you blast them into a crash, they will catch up, and they will do it
very
quickly. There is no reason for you to be in first place the entire race. You
can
normally catch up the the leading racer within a half of a lap. Take your time,
and make sure that you hit every gate.

-Stay behind the Racers on the first Lap. Not far, but far enough so that they
do
not bump you away from any of the Gates. You may also want to use the first lap
as a chance to pick up 1 of each of the 3 Pick-ups (Turbo, Missiles, Homing
Missiles).

-Once you have all 3 of the Pick-ups, save them for the last lap. You can begin
using them on the third lap, but be sure to save most for the last lap.

-----------------------------------

Reaperski Race 2

Mission Objectives:

-Win REAPERSKI RACE to advance to the next stage.

This race is much like race #1, but with more Racers (5 other Racers). Hang back
early in the race to insure that you do not miss any Gates, and also pick up all
of the Power-Ups. When you get to the third lap, begin knocking folks out of the
way, and begin taking the lead.

One spot that you should be cautious of is the 2nd and 3rd Gates (Starting Gate
=
Gate 0). It is a very sharp turn, and often you will be bunched up with the
other
racers. Check the map for a close up view.

Tips:

-See Race 1

-----------------------------------

Reaperski Race 3

Mission Objectives:

-WIN REAPERSKI RACE to get into the finals at the SECRET PALACE.

Just as with the last two races... Hang back until the time is right.

If you have a Turbo Pack, you can use it to take a small short-cut near the end
of each lap (between Gates 7 & 8). This is especially useful in the final lap,
giving you the edge that you need to win. Check the map for the exact location.
Anyway, what you will want to do is hit the Turbo just before you hit the dry
land. You should rocket straight across, cutting off the distance of the curve.

Sappho's Fleet

Mission Objectives:

-Gather SMARTIES and VIMP SOULS.

-BUILD A BASE.

-Destroy SAPPHO'S FLEET and the nearby ARMY BARRACKS using your TORNADO SPELL!

This mission is much like any other Base Building mission. Begin by gathering a
few Smartie workers, and some Vimp Souls. Build up your base, trying to get
walls
up as fast as you can. Once you have your walls up, you can get more Souls from
the attacking Reapermen. After you have built a Party House, you will have
access
to the Tornado Spell.

This mission stands out in the fact that you are required to destroy the Army
Barracks, AND the 3 ships in the small lagoon near the Army Barracks. You should
already know how to take out an Army Barracks with a Tornado Spell. The Ships
(Sappho's Fleet) are a bit more difficult. Just as with the Army Barracks, you
do
not want to aim the Tornado Spell directly at the ships. Just aim it close. The
large ship is your primary target with the Tornado Spell. You can destroy the
smaller ships with your Hellfire Bow if you need to. Once you have destroyed all
3 Ships, and the Army Barracks, you complete the mission.

The Great Reaperski Race!

Mission Objectives:

-You made it to the Secret Palace but, hell, why not just WIN THE FINAL RACE to
add insult to injury... lots and lots of injury!

This is it! The final Reaperski Race. This is by far, the most challenging of
them all. You will be racing against more Racers, faster Racers, on a more
difficult course. Even with that said, do not feel discouraged. Check out the
map
for the race for each of the Gates, short-cuts, and hints.

In any case, remember to hang back a bit until the 3rd lap. Use the straight-
aways to gain the lead. Use Turbo to press the lead during the last leg of the
final lap. There is a short-cut on the course, and it is near the finish line.
However, do not expect such a large short-cut as you had in race #3.

-----------------------------------

Sappho's Palace

Mission Objectives:

-Gather SMARTIES and VIMP SOULS.

-BUILD A BASE.

-Destroy SAPPHO'S ARMY BARRACKS with your TORNADO SPELL.

Another Base Building mission. This one is a bit tougher then the others, as the
Reapers will begin attacking almost immediately. The good thing is that the
Vimps
are close, and so are the Smarties. Check the map for the Smartie locations.
Sometimes, there may be only 3 or 4 Smarties available, so you will be working
off of the minimum.

Once you have your base up, grab the Tornado Spell, and head for Sappho's Army
Barracks. Just as any Army Barracks, try to aim for the courtyard, and not
directly at the Barracks.

-----------------------------------

The Hunt for Sappho

Mission Objectives:

-Find Sappho's SECRET VOLCANO LAIR!

This mission is quite easy. When the mission begins, head for the Red Light
Gateway. Follow the mountain pass from there. Do not fear the red fire effect;
it
will not harm you. Walk up to the edge of the volcano mouth, and slide down.
Mission complete...

-----------------------------------

Volcano Rendezvous

Mission Objectives:

-KILL SAPPHO!

Sappho can be a tough chick to put down. If you allow her the opportunity to
bounce around the place, chances are that she will kill you. To make the fight
as
simple as you can, you must be ready to react as soon as the mission begins.
Sappho will stand there for about 5 seconds. Quickly cast a Slow Time Spell at
her. Then, just simply take her out with a few rapid shots from the Sniper Bow.
You can take her out with any bow, but the Sniper Bow packs the largest punch.
