[!] Due to differences between the sniper rifle and the assassin rifle, Shaun was given the assassin rifle. Now they are identical except for the G4.
[f] Anti-spam server fix. Hyper spamming should no longer crash or slow down servers.
[f] Scoreboard should be fixed in Tact.
[+] "limiteplayerselection()" can now be added to config files, so if you want your server to only allow one mech, place limiteplayerselection("krogen", 1) in the ctf.cfg file and only 1 Krogen will be allowed to play at a time.
