There is a way to edit ALL ships stats thru CATACLYSM.BIG file.
If you want to change stats of your ships search file for string like
this:
[sACOLYTE]
This is firs ship statistics (stats are quite long).
Whole script is commented (texts after ;)
Now search for strings: hitpoints, maxspeed....
To change firepower of your ship look for string: damagemulti (after
text GUN 0, GUN 1 ... each ship have from 1 to 15 or more guns)
