Game modifications
Use a text editor such as Notepad to edit the XML files in the folders in the
"/strategy first/making history 2.0/modern europe/system/scenarios" directory.
For example, choose the folder anmed "the limits of peace". In this folder you
can modify the country (for example, the folder "countryUnitedStates"). In this
folder you can use your text editor to change all the parameters of your cities
in the xml file. You can set the "IPU" of your cities to 200 or your factories
to 200 production, etc. The highest level for transports or food are 4.
Note: This procedure involves editing a game file; create a backup copy of the
file before proceeding.
