Big Boss (on Extreme), 69/69 weapons, all costume and camos (except Corpse camo), all items including stealth and bandana (except scanning plug), all face camo, almost all iPod songs (missing 5), 4800000DP+.
Extract the files to the PS3/SAVEGAME folder on any USB drive or memory stick. Insert the drive in the USB port on your PS3. Use the Save Game Utility to copy the savegame to your PS3. Always make a backup copy first as some savegames may overwrite your original save or settings.
