Editing Scorch.cfg
The file Scorch.cfg in your Panzer General 3 directory can be edited in many
ways. To edit your starting money, look for the line that says,
Initial_Cash=xxxxx (xxxxx could be any number). Edit the xxxxx part to as much
money you want to start with. Save it then start a new game and you will start
with that much money. There are also other values you can edit in scorch.cfg,
play around with it to find other useful things to edit.
