First you need to download the cheat enabler (it's under "Misc" section) and
unpack PCONTROL.CON file into the game directory. Then you'll be able to bring
down the console with SHIFT+C. After that, just type in these codes and press
Esc
to return to game.

BIGGERPOCKETS - No need to reload guns
DOUBLESHOT - Faster firing rate
NC17 - More blood
NOSHADES - Night missions become brighter
